About Golden Era Consulting
Live a Life of Joy & Freedom
Golden Era Consulting is devoted to supporting individuals as they step into one of the most meaningful transitions of life — retirement.
We see this season not as a closing chapter, but as an opening.
A time with more space.
More freedom.
And more opportunity than ever before to live life on your own terms.
Our work is centered on helping you make the most of that opportunity — by reconnecting with what matters most to you and intentionally shaping a life that reflects it.
This is not just about reflection.
It’s about creation.
Because a life of joy and freedom doesn’t happen by default.
It’s something you choose — and build.

Our Approach
We take a different approach to change.
Rather than focusing on what needs to be fixed, we focus on what you want to create.
How you want your days to feel.
What brings you energy.
What feels meaningful now.
From there, things begin to shift naturally.
As you gain clarity and move toward what is aligned, what no longer fits becomes easier to release — without force, without pressure.
This is what allows change to feel sustainable.
And more importantly — enjoyable.
Because this chapter of life isn’t meant to feel like work.
It’s meant to be lived.
Our Team
Brooke, Lisa, and Christine
We are collaborators and partners in this work.
Golden Era Consulting is a reflection of our paths — shaped by years of experience supporting people through growth, transition, and meaningful life change.

Brooke Walker
Co-Founder & Facilitator
Brooke has spent her life exploring a powerful idea: that we are not here to navigate life by default—we are here to create it.
Her journey began in the physical world, working as a farmer and later as a builder—experiences that grounded her in the realities of working with the land, materials, and the tangible process of bringing something into form. She was drawn to architecture, believing her path was to design physical structures. But over time, she realized something deeper: her true calling wasn’t to design buildings—it was to design lives.
This realization became the foundation of her work.
Brooke now helps people see beyond the common belief that we are victims of circumstance, guiding them to recognize their role as the architects of their own experience. With a unique blend of practicality and imagination, she teaches others how to bring intention, creativity, and precision into the way they shape their lives—honoring both their individuality and their connection to something greater.
In 2025, Brooke published her experiential handbook, Become the Architect of Your Life: Your Antidote to Procrastination, a guide designed to move readers beyond procrastination and into empowered action. Her work is not just conceptual—it is deeply experiential, inviting people to actively engage in the process of redesigning their lives from the inside out.
Brooke brings a grounded yet visionary presence to her work. She holds a deep reverence for both nature and humanity, and approaches transformation as both an art and a craft—something to be engaged with thoughtfully, intentionally, and with care.
Through her work, she invites others to step fully into authorship of their lives—not someday, but now.
Lisa Redman
Co-Founder & Facilitator
Lisa Waves has spent her life exploring what it means to truly live—guided by a deep curiosity for human potential, meaningful experience, and the quiet intelligence that shapes our inner and outer worlds.
Her path has been anything but linear, woven through years of immersive learning, facilitation, and personal exploration. What defines Lisa’s work is her belief that transformation doesn’t come from information alone—it comes from lived experience. From stepping into environments that invite reflection, expansion, and reconnection with what matters most.
At the heart of her work is a devotion to helping people rediscover their purpose—not as something distant or abstract, but as something alive, present, and already within them. She supports individuals in reconnecting with their heart’s desires and learning how to move from that place with clarity and trust. For Lisa, living your “best life ever” isn’t something that begins someday—it begins now, in the choices and awareness we bring to each moment.
Nature plays a central role in Lisa’s philosophy. She sees the natural world not as a backdrop, but as a highly intelligent mirror—constantly offering insight, reflection, and guidance for those willing to pay attention. Through this lens, she helps others deepen their awareness, reconnect with themselves, and move through life with greater alignment and ease.
Lisa brings a presence that is both expansive and grounding. Her work invites people to step out of autopilot and into a more intentional, connected, and inspired way of living—one rooted in truth, beauty, and possibility.

Christine Hazelton
Facilitator
Christine Hazelton has spent over three decades guiding transformation—first through the body, and now through the deeper architecture of belief, identity, and lived reality.
Her career began in Hollywood, where she built a reputation as a trusted celebrity trainer, coach, and successful gym owner. But what truly set Christine apart wasn’t just the physical results—it was her ability to see beyond the surface: to recognize the patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives shaping each person’s experience. Clients didn’t just change their bodies—they changed how they lived in them.
In 2017, Christine expanded into deeper transformational work, becoming certified in EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, and earning her Level 3 certification in Hacking Reality. This work allows her to help clients access and shift the subconscious beliefs that quietly shape their lives—opening the door to entirely new possibilities, perspectives, and outcomes.
Christine brings a grounded, intuitive leadership style to everything she does. She knows how to hold space with honesty and clarity, while also guiding people toward a bigger vision of what their lives can become. Her work is both practical and deeply personal—meeting people where they are, while helping them move beyond what they thought was possible.
Now, as part of the BEE (Best Exit Ever) movement, Christine supports individuals stepping into retirement not as an ending, but as a powerful new beginning. With decades of experience helping people transform from the inside out, she helps others design this next chapter with intention, freedom, and a renewed sense of possibility.
Because in Christine’s world, it’s never too late to rewrite the story—and create a magical parallel reality.
Why This Work
We each arrived here through our own lived experiences of transition, growth, and realignment.
Moments where what once worked no longer fit.
Moments where something new was ready to emerge.
Golden Era Consulting was created from that understanding — not as an idea, but as something lived.
Something we’ve each moved through in our own way.
This work is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming back to yourself —
and choosing how you want to live this next chapter.
A life that feels aligned.
A life that feels meaningful.
A life that feels like your own.
A life of joy and freedom.
If something in you resonates with this work —
we invite you to begin.
